I help people understand what is underneath anxiety, ADHD and difficult relationship patterns, and how early experiences shape the way we connect today. Gentle, curious and paced to what feels safe.
My approach is grounded in attachment theory and relational, psychodynamic ideas. Many of the ways we cope, protect ourselves and connect with others began in our earliest relationships. Understanding them gives us more choice in the present.
I pay close attention to motivations, to the connection between formative experiences and current behavior, and to the relationship we build together in the room. I work with a range of clients, including many with ADHD and anxiety.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas, practicing under the supervision of Chris Epstein, LPC-S.
